How to install the Magic Custom Upload code
- Go to your Shopify store back end, click Online Store
- Click Themes > Actions > Edit code
- Use the search bar to search product, you should be able to find something related to ‘product-template’ or ‘product-form’
- Open the file and search or {% endform %}
- <div id=”magicModal”></div>
- and paste before or {% endform %}
- Click Save
How long can the server save the uploaded files?
- All uploaded files will be expired after 120 days from server. Please download the files and save to your own storage before they got expired.

- You can find all uploaded files in App’s Orders page. Right click on the file’s url and select Save link as….
Why my product preview is not displaying correctly?
- You need to make sure that the input is exactly the same as the product’s type / vendor / tag / title.
